Moong Dal, Sunflower Oil, Ginger, Green Chilli, salt, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Mango Powder, Sesame seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Corriender Powder, Spices, Sugar, Turemeric Powder, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Shortning
To cook in microwave, empty contents of pack in oven safe plate and heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
